📋 Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the date of invoice/delivery. The standard warranty period is 6 months for most repairs, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Warranty Validation
To validate warranty claims, customers must provide: Original invoice, Equipment serial number, and Detailed description of the issue.
3. Inspection Process
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our technical team. We reserve the right to determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage.
4. Shipping Terms
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility. AFSub Soft will cover return shipping for valid warranty claims.
5. Limitations
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts. We are not responsible for consequential damages or loss of production.

How long is the warranty period for repairs?
Most repairs come with a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice. Some specialized repairs may have different warranty periods, which will be clearly stated on your invoice.
Do I need to register my warranty?
No registration is required. Your warranty is automatically activated upon delivery of the repaired equipment. Keep your invoice safe as proof of warranty.
What documentation do I need for a warranty claim?
You'll need: Original repair invoice, Equipment serial number, Brief description of the issue, and Photos of the equipment (if requested).
How long does warranty service take?
Typical warranty service takes 5-7 business days from receipt of equipment. Emergency service options are available for critical applications.
Are shipping costs covered under warranty?
For valid warranty claims, you pay shipping to our facility, and we cover return shipping. For non-warranty issues, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Can warranty be transferred to another party?
Warranty is non-transferable and remains with the original customer who commissioned the repair.
